My Dream Trip to Paris...

When I was a kid I used to dream about Paris. I thought that's where french fries came from and I really liked french fries.

Today I'm older and wiser and I have actually traveled to Paris! I still can't believe how lucky I am to be here. It is truly "the City of Lights."

It's a gorgeous place and it's full of french girls! Wow, what a place. Just think, the home of french kissing. Amazing.

I got a beret at the airport and I wear it everywhere I go.

American tourists think I'm really french. Sometimes they come up to ask me directions and I mumble in a bad french accent and then I act all mad and walk away. I hope I don't give the french a bad reputation but it's so funny I can't resist.

I could stay here forever but I don't think I could get a permit. Money is going fast what with eating and all. Guess I'll have to cut back. More later.

Paris in the summer...

ah yes...Paris in the summer is so nice. Crepes Souzettes for breakfast and two bottles of cheap wine for lunch with some french bread for desert.

I'm sitting here under the Eiffel Tower. It's nice to watch the tourists walk by. I keep hoping they will put some money in my help cup but so far nothing. Maybe my Blind Man outfit isn't convincing enough. I may have to get up and pretend to trip on something to get any donations.

When you run out of money in France you have to survive somehow. I lost my busboy job because they caught me stealing food. I didn't think they would miss those french fries but I was wrong. They got all mad and made me turn my pockets inside out. They got really mad when they found the silverware in my pockets.

Anyway, I'm hoping for an advance on my Paris story from Oddwally.com. They said they mailed it a few days ago so I'm hoping I get it soon.
